Toenail Trimming
Routine toenail trimming improves mobility, reduces fall risk, enhances foot comfort, and promotes better shoe fit. Regular maintenance supports an active lifestyle and overall health and wellness.
Corns/Calluses/Dry Heels
The integrity of aging feet can lead to issues like calluses, corns, and cracked heels, affecting mobility and balance. Thinning fat pads and changes in bone structures contribute to these foot problems.
Foot Assessment
Feet inevitably change over time – the overall size, width, and structure can vary substantially as we age. Some changes can be due to trauma, disease processes and medication use. Other changes occur as a result of normal wear and tear or increase in weight.

Meet Lauren, a Registered Nurse with a heart for serving others. Lauren's journey in nursing began in the fast-paced environment of the ICU, where she honed her skills in critical care and patient advocacy. However, it was her transition to population health that opened her eyes to the unique needs of patients beyond the hospital walls.
Lauren discovered a passion for care coordination, where she became a lifeline for patients navigating the complexities of healthcare at home. Through her interactions, she noticed a glaring gap in the system - a lack of accessible foot care services for seniors, particularly those who were homebound and facing insurance restrictions.
Drawing on her experience and expertise, she embarked on a mission to connect these vulnerable patients with the resources they desperately needed. Through tireless advocacy and collaboration with community partners, she created initiatives to expand access to foot care services for seniors, ensuring that no one was left behind.
Lauren is an RN with a Masters Degree in Nursing. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and four bonus children. As a family, they enjoy traveling, sports, and the beach.
